Recently, the Anhui Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the results of provincial quality monitoring of fiber products sold on the market. The results showed that the rate of disqualification of fiber products in the entire province was 51.25%.
A total of 80 fiber products from 38 distribution companies in Hefei, Wuhu, Chaohu, Fuyang, and Fuzhou were collected, covering 78 manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong, Shanghai, Anhui, and Jiangsu. The unsatisfactory items in this sampling inspection are pH value, rub fastness, fiber content and instructions for use. For the unqualified products found in the monitoring, the Anhui Trade and Industry Bureau ordered the relevant local industry and commerce bureaus to investigate and punish according to law, and supervised the rectification of the operators.
