Hello, friends! It was such a joy to finally meet many of you at my fitness workshop in Nashville last weekend. As always, I look forward to connecting with all of you in person. Since I had a lot of time to kill during flights and layovers on my way home, I’ve put together some fantastic weekend reads for you. I’ll keep this post brief so I can dive into the backlog of work waiting for me.
