R: Why do you work in clothing?

M: At first, I wanted to make some changes because I used to be a (bank) clerk. I hoped that the content of my work would become more active and that I would love to work on clothing. But the work is also divided into different phases. To this day, I think that my work has a sense of mission and I want to do something meaningful in the future.

R: Your interest is to read books. Maybe introduce us to related things.

M: I like to read books related to philosophy and economy. Of course, other types (such as photography), I will see. But compared to these more usual hobbies, I would prefer the philosophy of life!

R: What personal opinion do you have about the so-called original brands that have emerged in China?

M: It's a good time. It's also a difficult time. Many people do original brands, but actually some people don't know what a brand is. They are more of a product. More seriously, they are plagiarism. Copying other branded products is not a brand. At some point, the brand sales will be great, but as a brand, what is the core value of the brand? What is brand culture? These are the essential elements of a brand. If there is no demand for these, this type of brand will only continue to compete in the auction, and the living space is very narrow.

R: How do you see the difference between fast-selling brands and original design brands?

M: I don't think that it's too easy to distinguish between fast-selling brands and original brands. The difference may be because of their different business positioning. The fast-selling brands need to have enough quantity and the demand for products will not be too high. The price will be relatively high. Popularization; while the original brand is more sophisticated, the requirements for fabrics, designs, etc. will be higher. In fact, no matter what brands are, they all come together in the same way. Finally, they must cater to the needs of consumers and the market, go to operations, and survive.

R: Which original brand do you like? what is the reason?

M: Haha, I don't actually have an original brand that I like very much. But for all the original brands, I agree with them. I prefer domestic stuff. In the past few years, whether I'm doing doc or DSM, my direction has been to promote domestic original brands. Each brand has paid a lot for its own growth and it has merit.

R: What is your impression of REINDEE LUSION?

M:REINDEE LUSION? I call it watching it was born, grow, haha! I think RL's best thing is: Everyone in the team has a heart that wants to make the brand progress, so the brand will improve and improve every year. They will also learn lessons from themselves and others. It is indeed a very dynamic team! I believe RL will have a lot of room for development in the future.

R: What kind of insights do you have about this column topic "Variety Of Yours?"

M: This column is very interesting. Many people around us are actually worth studying and admiring. We can learn from this column that one thing can be seen from many angles. Similarly, people are the same. People should not be blindly conceived, because you have your own opinion, you can see something that you couldn't see before, and bring some new discoveries to make your life more interesting.

R: Let's share with you your favorite style!

M: With respect to matching, I will follow the simple matching habits. The color is also black and white, but I will try to use a variety of styles to see if I am suitable.

R: What do you think about the current style of collocation that young people like?

M: As young people should know themselves, yes, now there is a star who is demonstrating a single product, or is now popular with a single product. They are really handsome, but are they correct in wearing them? I don't think so, because everyone is unique in terms of form and style.

R: Everyone has a corresponding goal in their own field. What about you?

M: I hope to make the doc (DSM) platform better, persist my original intentions, develop it into an exchange platform for China's original design, and hope to use this culture to influence the next generation of young people in the future. Maintain a love for Chinese original culture. Through clothing, China's (street) culture is promoted to everyone and more friends are aware of people who work hard for this culture.

R: DSM SPACE is now becoming a fashion store that many young people in Guangzhou like to go to. The “original culture of the country” (National Tide), which is rich in it, is even more attractive. How do you feel about this?

M: Haha, actually, there are not many friends who are especially attracted to famous names. The main reason is that the domestic original brand atmosphere is not very strong, but I believe that this will become better with the passage of time.

R: Whether it is based on the current industry situation or the establishment of The POOL Aoyama before, there is a newly built domestic (Changsha) limited store "RENEW", we believe that Pop-up Store will be in the offline environment in the future What's your opinion?

M: This is a very fresh attempt. It will be a good thing for more domestic people to visit the domestic original brand products in-store. For brand promotion, this is a more substantial approach. (R: But we believe that the advantage of limited stores during the period is that it can create topicality for a period of time. This topicality refers to the ability to increase the value of the stores rather than being short-lived.) It will be relatively reduced. What do you think?) Indeed, operating a store through a short-term lease will reduce the operating costs, but it is important that the brand needs to have a certain appeal to collect certain popularity.

R: Customer experience is very important whether online or offline. What kind of offline experience will DSM Space provide to customers now and in the future?

M: The most direct offline experience is that the clerk can communicate face-to-face with the guests, creating a more interesting atmosphere in the store. I asked DSM staff to have this philosophy: Guests who come to DSM Space must be able to enjoy a quality service experience. I think not all guests know how to collaborate. This time we need to provide more diversified collocation plans for our guests. If guests can get interesting information from the exchange process, then this is what we would like to see. Screen.

R: For domestic original brands, there are more and more online agencies. How do you see this phenomenon?

M: The network is very developed, and the coverage of online stores is very wide. If a brand only targets online agents, there is not much benefit to the growth of the brand. (R: Do you support young people to create online agencies?) If young people do it purely to make money, this is not a good thing because of the relatively large (less stable) fluctuations in online prices, Will cause the entire market order to be more confusing. This situation has a significant impact on offline agents, and more serious will directly damage the brand's development. The creation of an online agency should set a principle that benefits people and self-interest, and it is our responsibility to make a contribution to the Chinese original culture. If you (a new generation of young people) love this culture, but you blindly follow the practice of others, it will be a very sad thing.

R: What type of brand will DSM Space represent? Will there be a certain threshold for this?

M: As long as the brand is committed to original culture, I will accept it! Five years ago, I began to operate doc. Its full name is "Original Design of China." I hope that both mature brands and new born brands can develop on this platform and let them develop step by step. As long as there is an original brand with connotation, we are willing to give it a platform for its development.

R: It is better to reveal the future development plan of DSM Space to everyone!

M: Still that idea! The development of this original platform belongs to China, I hope it is not only costumes, more able to involve life (such as catering), in the future we will try to carry out some cross-border cooperation!

Although "Varity of Yours" is a column for young people to make a living, this is indeed an honor to invite MJ to participate in this section.
