Wang Huaping: “Super imitation cotton” not only pursues cotton fabrics in terms of fiber surface morphology and fabric style, but also focuses on the performance of fabric products, such as ultra-cotton imitation cotton, especially the dynamic thermal comfort performance closely related to underwear and casual sportswear. The ultra-imitation cotton project is designed and controlled from chemical structure, fiber structure and fabric structure, and includes multiple technical means such as copolymerization, blending, profiled, mixed fiber and surface treatment. It is important to overcome the uniformity of the distribution of modified groups in the copolymerization process, to control the structure of macromolecular sequences and the structure of amorphous regions, to achieve controllable polymerization process; to design new fiber cross-section shapes such as flat, cross and hollow, to control the wicking of fiber products. Effect, improve the ability of gas permeability and moisture permeability; design organic and inorganic hydrophilic agent compounding, combined with alkali reduction treatment, regulate the groove structure and hydrophilic property of fiber surface, improve moisture absorption capacity and wetting speed.
