Textile printing and dyeing is the traditional pillar industry of Shaoxing. In order to help enterprises find product quality gaps and effectively promote industrial quality improvement, in the second half of 2017, Shaoxing Quality Supervision Bureau organized the quality comparison activities of woven cotton printing and dyeing products, and the results of the comparison were released in Keqiao District.
In this quality comparison activity, from the enterprises that passed the municipal product supervision and inspection in the second quarter of 2017, the woven cotton printing and dyeing products produced by 45 enterprises with good quality conditions were selected, and the GB/T411-2008 cotton printing and dyeing cloth was adopted. As a basis for testing and evaluation, the standards are compared with the key indicators of international and domestic famous brand products (mainly related to light fastness, soap fastness and other six items), and actively seek for quality improvement breakthrough points.
From the results of quality comparison, Shaoxing woven cotton printing and dyeing products have better overall quality, and have obvious advantages in color fastness and wear resistance. The performance indicators are internationally leading. Among them, the color fastness to soaping project, all products in the city are 9 points, the quality is stable; more than half of the products on the color fastness and wear resistance of the wear-resistant products are better than the well-known brand products at home and abroad; More than 80% of the products scored more than 7 points, all 12 batches of full-scale products are Shaoxing products. In the water washing dimensional change rate project, it is equivalent to the international and domestic famous brand level. The city's collected product washing dimensional change rate score of up to 10 points, the lowest is 3 points, of which nearly one-third reached 8.5 points, and imported fabrics, domestic well-known brand fabric level. However, in the fracture strength project, there is a certain gap between Shaoxing products and imported fabrics. The highest score of products is 9.5 points, the lowest is 1.1 points, and the concentration is more than half, and the imported fabrics are ranked before half.
