At the same time, two filaments are selected as the core yarn and the solid yarn respectively. The core yarn and the solid yarn are both in front of the roving frame. Feeding at the middle roller, wherein the core yarn and the drafted sliver are simultaneously output by the front roller, and after being twisted, enter the guide yarn magnetic eye. After the solid yarn is output from the front roller, the yarn guide is guided into the guide yarn magnetic alone. The test elongation is easy to operate for the ingot roving frame, but for the modern new roving frame, the test is relatively complicated because the ingots are mostly suspended. When the roving frame is doffed, it is necessary to adjust the lifting ribs when driving. When fixing the bobbin, the ribs rise only after the height of the ribs reaches a certain height. When doing the roving elongation test, it is especially troublesome when it is used in the middle yam. . Because it is necessary to do a roving elongation test on the roving frame, the bobbin must be taken off and the roving frame is stopped in the non- doffing state. Only after the bobbin can be removed, but this will lead to severe roving breakage on other spindles, increasing the labor intensity of the operator.

  

In order to solve this problem, the company’s staff continuously pondered and repeatedly tried to retrofit the roving bobbin, that is, using the top movable bobbin to solve this problem. The height of the movable bobbin was the same as the height of the normal bobbin, and its top was smooth. Hourly rotation. Since the bobbin and the flyer rotate in the same direction and clockwise, the bobbin head can be designed to rotate counterclockwise to ensure that the bobbin rotates with a self-tightening function. After this modification, the test sample yarn is made only after the cylinder The top of the tube can be unscrewed by the movable screw tube head. This not only reduces the height of the bobbin but also increases the inside diameter of the bobbin, making it easy to remove the yarn from the elongation test without having to pull down the ribs.
