Pottery figurines, pottery chickens, pottery dogs, and a large number of pottery pieces have been numbered. From these excavated pottery, it can be judged that these four ancient tombs are the tombs of the late Eastern Han Dynasty. The reporter saw that a piece of copper money excavated had been covered with green copper rust. The copper belt buckle was about 3 cm long and 2 cm wide, and was hollowed out in the middle.
The reporter learned from the scene that these unearthed objects were buried in the tomb, and the unearthed position was located at the cliff tomb gate. A small amount of bone residue was found in the tomb. The tomb is a single-chamber tomb with no ear tomb. According to the on-site archaeological staff, the excavated cultural relics have been transported to the Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, waiting for the excavation to repair the pieces of pottery.
According to the villagers of Huang, who lived in the Gaoqiao Formation of Gaoqiao Village, his ancestors lived here for 16 generations. Previously, he only knew that this hillside had graves, but he did not know that there were more than 1,000 years of cliff tombs. It is understood that the archaeological excavation and cleaning time of this ancient tomb will last for about a week.
